Using the app and website
By using GBA Emulator or this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Emulator software only
GBA Emulator is emulator software. It doesn't include, download or link to commercial game ROMs or BIOS files. You provide your own compatible game files.
Your game files
You are responsible for the files you add and for having the legal right to use them. Copyright rules on making and using copies of games differ between countries, so please check the law where you live.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the app to infringe anyone's copyright.
- Don't misuse this website or try to disrupt it.
Open-source components
The app includes open-source software, including the mGBA core (Mozilla Public License 2.0) and blip_buf (GNU LGPL 2.1). Those licences apply to those components, and nothing in these terms limits the rights they give you.
No warranty
The app and website are provided "as is", without warranties. Not every game file is guaranteed to work, and features can vary by game. Save data can be lost, for example when the app is uninstalled, so use Export Save to keep backups.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost save data, arising from use of the app or website.

Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. See the Disclaimer.
Changes
